Description
  • Těkavé látky (terpeny), které jsou nejčastěji extrahované z rostlinnch materiálů, jsou výrazně vonící těkavé látky 1. Rozdělujeme je do jednotlivých skupin podle počtu uhlíkových atomů, a to na monoterpeny (C10), sesquiterpeny (C15), diterpeny (C20), triterpeny (C30), tetraterpeny (C40) a polyterpeny 2. Jsou obsaženy v různých částech rostlin: v květech, plodech, listech, kůře i kořenech. Nacházejí se v žláznatých chlupech, papilách, žláznatých buňkách, nádržkách, kanálcích a mezibuněčných prostorách. Pro stanovení zastoupení těchto těkavých látek v zkoumaném rostlinném materiálu např. jehličí (Picea abies, P. omorika, P. pungens, Abies alba, Larix decidua, Pinus black, Pinus syvestris aj.) byla použita kombinace head-space mikroextrakce na pevné fázi (SPME) a plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. Byly stanovovány látky jako jsou (+)-a-pinene, (-)-camphene, (-)-b-pinene, myrcene, (+)-2-carene, (+)-3-carene, R-(-)-a-phellandrene, a-terpeinene, p-cymene, R(+)-limonen, eucalyptol, ocimene, (cs)
  • Volatile compounds (terpenes) are extracted mostly from plant materials. These compounds are of intensive fragrances 1. Terpenes are divided to several groups according to the number of carbon atoms: monoterpenes (C10), sesquiterpenes (C15), diterpenes (C20), triterpenes (C30), tetraterpenes (C40) and polyterpenes 2. They're contained in various parts of the plants: in flowers, fruits, leaves, bark and roots, and allocated in glandular trichomes, papillas, glandular cells, reservoirs, channels and intercellular spaces. For the determination of the content of these volatile compounds in the investigated plant material, i.e. tree needles (Picea abies, P. omorika, P. pungens, Abies alba, Larix decidua, Pinus black, Pinus syvestris etc.), the combination of head-space solid phase extraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection was used.
