  • Kontaminované maso kance divokého (kýta) bylo ošetřeno varem v tlakové nádobě v solném (NaCl) roztoku nebo lákovaním v roztoku NaCl s přídavkem KNO3. Oběma postupům předcházelo suché nasolení. Výsledkem bylo minimálně 75% snížení obsahu 137-Cs. Lákování se v případě opakované změny lákovacího roztoku ukázalo jako vhodnější metoda pro redukci obsahu radiocesia v kontaminovaném mase, protože je méně energeticky i technologicky náročné. (cs)
  • The 137-Cs contaminated leg meat (103 Bq/kg) of the wild boar was treated by warm-pressure boiling in NaCl solution, and by dry salting and brining. The 15-minute thermal pressure treatment of the contaminated meat reduced the initial radio-caesium activity concentration by 75 % on average. Mere dry salting did not reduce the 137-Cs activity concentration sufficiently, only 12 to 18 %. The activity was, however, reduced by more than 75 % by followed double renewal of the brine. Brining is more suitable method for reducing the radiocaesium content in contaminated boar meat because belongs to the less energy and technology-demanding methods.
