Description
| - V šestiletém období (1998 -- 2003) byla ve vzorcích zrna individuálně pěstovaných rostlin u souboru pěti odrůd a z nich vytvořených šesti hybridů (linií) sledována odrůdová a environmentální variabilita aktivity a koncentrace vitaminu E a jeho izomerů (alfa, beta, gama, delta tokoferolů a tokotrienolů, souhrnně tokolů). Linie pocházely z křížení odrůd sladovnického typu registrovaných v ČR s odrůdami waxy typu (získané z USA od prof. C. W. Newmana). (cs)
- In the six-year period (1998 -- 2003) the varietal and environmental variability of activity and concentration of vitamin E and its isomers (alfa, beta, gama, delta tocopherols and tocotrienols, i.e. tocols generally) was followed in grain samples of individually grown plants in the set of five varieties and six hybrids (lines) formed from them. Tocols was analysed using the method of HPLC with fluorescence detection Lines came from crossing the varieties of a malting type registered in the CR with the varieties of a waxy type (obtained from the USA from professor C. W. Newman).
