| - Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou uplatnění nástrojů marketingového řízení pro řízení vysokých škol. Z analýzy vnějšího prostředí vystupují do popředí takové faktory jako demografický vývoj společnosti a rozdělení populace do věkových kategorií, způsob financování školství, resp. faktory, které při financování vysokých škol je nutné zohlednit. Rozhodující pro úspěšné řízení vysokých škol je hodnocení studijní úspěšnosti a definice příčin %22studijní neúspěšnosti%22, dále pak zpětná vazba od studentů, absolventů a zaměstnavatelů. (cs)
- The paper focuses on issue of application of marketing management tools in management of higher education institutions. In the external environment analysis, several factors stand out as crucial, such as demographic development of society, population division in age categories, methods of higher education financing, thus, factors, which must be in the higher education institution financing taken into account. The decisive element in a successful higher education institution management is an evaluation of study results and definition of causes of student drop-outs that means the reason for leaving the study before it is completed, and then a feedback from students, graduates and employers.
