Description	The article deals with different structure of capital portfolios held by Czech and European households. At decision making about free resources allocation typical Czech household prefers %22safeness and stability%22 of instruments chosen to manage assets. This sounds though logically but in connection with financial planning absence it leads to unfitting resources allocation. In long term backdrop it also leads to economic lagging of Czech households behind households from the original European fiflen lands where are the capital market potentialities used more efficiently and much more actively.
