| - Se vstupem českých zemědělských podniků do podmínek společné zemědělské politiky Evropské unie je uplatněn mimo jiné i systém přímých podpor, jejichž cílem je přijmout vhodná ekologická opatření týkající se zemědělských ploch a zemědělské produkce, stabilizovat zaměstnanost v zemědělství, přispět k přiměřené životní úrovni venkovského obyvatelstva a zohlednit prosperitu hospodářství. Pro zemědělské podniky v nově přistupujících členských zemích byl pro roky 2004 až 2007 stanoven postupný náběh přímých plateb 25 -- 30 -- 35 -- 40 % výše plateb v EU a poté zvýšení o 10 % ročně s tím, že nový členský stát může navýšit platby o dalších 30% z národních zdrojů, a to v kterémkoli roce, nejvýše však do 100 % sazby EU. Dopady přímých plateb na ekonomiku zemědělských podniků v jednotlivých výrobních oblastech České republiky jsou dány jednak velikostí přímé platby na hektar, popřípadě na VDJ a výrobkovou strukturou podniků hospodařících v různých výrobních oblastech. - The accession of the Czech Republic to the EU is linked with conditions of Common Agriculture Policy and with the system of direct payments. The goal of direct payments is to accept suitable environmental measures related to agricultural land area and agricultural production, to stabilize employment in agrarian sector, to sustain reasonable living standards of rural population, and contribute to overall economic welfare. Progressive form of direct payments has been set for new member states for time period 2004 -- 2007. These direct payments are as high as 25-30-35-40 % of the amount of direct payments in EU15 and afterwards 10 % annual rise with the possibility to increase the payments by additional 30 % from the national budgets in every year, however maximally up to 100 % of the rates in EU15. Impacts of direct payments for economics of agrarian enterprises are given by the size of direct payment per hectare of arable land, possibly per livestock unit, or as the case might be according to the
