Description	After 1989 we can see in the Czech Republic the significant growth of a new kind of cooperation of municipalities in informal basis -- microregional cooperation. In these relations, which are not established by superior powers (e.g. legislator's acts), are involved not only municipalities as a representative of public interest, but the other regional participants (e.g. companies or civic organisations). This paper is dealing with this cooperation of regional participants on microregional level and its impact on cultural and social capital of regional participants and its positive influence on rural development as well. (en) Po roce 1989 můžeme vidět v České republice viditelný nárůst nového druhu spolupráce obcí na neformálním základě - mikroregiony. V těchto vztazích, které nejsou ustavovány shora (např. zákonodárnými akty), jsou zapojeny nejen obce jakožto zástupci veřejného zájmu, ale také jiní regionální aktéři (např. podnikatelé nebo občanská sdružení). Článek se zabývá touto spoluprací regionální aktérů na mikroregionální úrovni a jejím dopadem na kulturní a sociální kapitál zúčastněných a také jejím pozitivním vlivem na rurální rozvoj. (cs)
