Description	Příspěvek se zaměřuje na české pivovarnictví a vlivy vnějšího prostředí působící na toto odvětví v součinnosti se znalostní základnou, která je v tomto odvětví budována po více než 6 století, a s očekávanými aktivitami pivovarů. Cílem je identifikovat možné příležitosti spojené se současným vývojem podnikatelského prostředí a odhadnout jejich vlivy na toto odvětví. Jednotlivé faktory identifikované v rámci jednotlivých součástí podnikatelského prostředí jsou diskutovány rovněž s ohledem na jejich možné zohlednění v budoucích strategiích pivovarů. (cs) Paper focuses on the Czech brewing industry and external environment influences affecting this industry in connection with the knowledge being built in this industry for more than 6 centuries, and with the current and expected actions of breweries. Objective is to identify possible opportunities connected with the current developments of the business environment, and estimate their impacts on this industry. Particular factors identified in various components of the business environment are discussed also regarding their possible incorporation in future strategies of breweries. Paper focuses on the Czech brewing industry and external environment influences affecting this industry in connection with the knowledge being built in this industry for more than 6 centuries, and with the current and expected actions of breweries. Objective is to identify possible opportunities connected with the current developments of the business environment, and estimate their impacts on this industry.
