Description
  • It is possible to see big changes in food consumption development in recent years. They have been caused by many factors. One of the most affected groups of food has been meat and meat products. It has been caused by price and non-price factors. This article gives a brief recapitulation of the development of the consumption of meat and meat products and identifies key factors which, in the past ten years, have had a major impact on this development. This article presents results of secondary data analysis and also the results of an inquiry into meat and meat products consumer behaviour.

  • V posledních letech je možné zaznamenat velké změny ve vývoji spotřeby potravin. Tyto změny jsou zapříčiněny mnoha faktory. Jednou z nejvíce ovlivněných skupin potravin je maso a masné výrobky. Příčinou jsou cenové a necenové faktory. Tento příspěvek předkládá stručné shrnutí vývoje spotřeby masa a masných výrobků a identifikuje klíčové faktory, které mají v posledních deseti letech největší dopad na vývoj. Příspěvek poskytuje výsledky druhotné analýzy dat a rovněž výsledky zkoumání spotřebitelského chování u masa a masných výrobků. (cs)
