Description	There were dramatic changes of meat and meat products consumption in last decade in the Czech Republic. It has been caused by price and non-price factors. This article gives a brief recapitulation of the development of the consumption of meat and meat products and identifies key factors which, in the past ten years, have had a major impact on this development. This article presents results of secondary data analysis and the results of an inquiry into meat and meat products consumer behaviour. (en) V posledních 10 letech spotřeba masa a masných produktů v ČR prošla výraznými změnami. Změny byly zapříčiněny cenovými i necenovými faktory. Příspěvek předkládá stručnou rekapitulaci vývoje spotřeby masa a masných výrobků a identifikuje klíčové faktory, která v uplynulých 10 letech měly zásadní vliv na tento vývoj. Příspěvek také prezentuje výsledky analýzy sekundárních dat a výsledky průzkumu zaměřeného chování spotřebitele masa a masných výrobků. (cs)
