  • The topic of this article focuses on customer satisfaction. Fully satisfied customer is a guarantee for the future operation of a company and its position in the market. Customer satisfaction surveys also provide several worthwhile benefits. Such surveys provide a formal means of customer feedback to the firm, which may identify existing and potential problems. Satisfaction surveys also convey the message to customers that the firm cares about their well-being and values customer input concerning its operations. This contribution is aimed at opportunities of evaluation and measurement of customer satisfaction by European customer satisfaction index that consecutively should contribute to more effective marketing management in firms or any organizations.
