Description	Analyses of time and space recently well incorporated in the health research and evaluation of the pattern of medical records. Epidemiologists traditionally use the time series analysis, geoscientists then use spatial statistics to evaluate the occurrence of certain disease or vulnerability of the area. This paper presents both previously mentioned situations together with multivariate statistical analysis of properties of patients who suffered the salmonellosis in the Olomouc region in the Czech Republic within the period 2002-2011. The methods of aggregation and anonymization are also described besides analytical methods.
