  • Tato studie je zameřená na tvorbu a charakterizaci nových primerů pro mikrosatelity. Cílem bylo získat polymorfní markery pro geneticky a evolučně zaměřené studie apomixie v sexuálním-apomiktickém (agamickém) komplexu rodu pampeliška (Taraxacum officinale auct.). Celkem 24 diploidních rostlin bylo studováno pro alelický polymorfiszmus a heterozygozitu. Jen tři markery z devíti se signifikantně odchylovaly od Hardy-Weinergova zákona (ekvilibria), pravděpodobně díky přítomnosti nulových alel (bodových mutací v primerových sekvencích). Primery všech devíti markerů úspešně amplifikovaly PCR produkt v 29 testovacích rostlinách z pěti sekcí rodu Taraxacum. (cs)
