Description	The author is concerned to find a response to two relevant questions: 1) Was the nationalization of the assets of Liechtenstein (and especially of the ruling prince) in accordance with contemporary law? 2) If there should be negotiations on a certain form of revision in the future - it would then be a breaking of the so-called Beneš decrees and an engagement in the post-war order? (en) Der Autor befasst sich eine Antwort auf zwei relevante Fragen zu finden: 1) Stand die Verstaatlichung des Vermögens der Liechtensteiner (und vor allem des regierenden Fürsten) im Einklang mit dem damaligen Recht? 2) Sofern es in Zukunft Verhandlungen über eine bestimmte Form der Revision geben sollte - würde es sich dann um eine Durchbrechung der sog. Beneš-Dekrete und einen Eingriff in die Nachkriegsordnung handeln?
