Description	The main objective of the monograph is to give an analysis of relevant parts of the European legal order with regard to some envisaged cardinal changes in the acquis communautaire. The publication focuses especially on the formation of a transnational constitutional sphere ; the influence of the national constitutional models on the development of European Constitutional law, the actual issues of the constitutionalisation in the field on human rights on level of EU and its prospects etc. The book in the form collection of essays of monographic character was prepared by team of famous researchers under leadership of doc. Šišková from universities of old and new Member States of the EU and with participation of representatives from European Court of Justice. The book was decorated by Rector's prize of the Palacky University for 2008 in the cathegory of Outstanding scientific publication. The book is the main output of the research grant project granted by the Czech Science Foundation.
