Description	Nuestro trabajo propone una lectura hermenéutico-narratológica a partir de la significación de la entidad del laberinto definida en las obras Die Welt als Labyrinth y Manierismus in der Literatur de Gustav René Hocke y también a partir de la poética de Franz Kafka, uno de los más grandes %22constructores%22 de universos laberínticos y extravagantes. Como se sabe, Hocke interpreta la literatura dentro de la tradición manierista, cuya máxima expresión la halla en la literatura moderna, construida a base del errante principio laberíntico. Y precisamente estas coordenadas dirigirán nuestra lectura del texto de Reinaldo Arenas en el que descubrimosel trasfondo que Hocke encuentra en la raíz de la expresión manierista: la mitológica tensión entre el principio dionisíaco y el dedálico que luego permite entender todo laberíntico como una imagen esencial del ser dotado del carácter ambivalente o tragicómico. Nos centraremos, por un lado, en la construcción laberíntica de las entidades ficcionales dentro del marco de esquemas oposicionales, típicos para la archiestructura del mito: dentro/afuera, encuentro/desencuentro, etc.; por el otro, enfocaremos la transformación de dicha estructura en el mito moderno representado como un mundo híbrido. This work proposes a hermeneutic-narratological reading parting from entity significance of labyrinth defined in works Die Welt als Labyrinth and Manierismus in der Literatur by Gustav René Hocke and also from Franz Kafka poetics, one of the biggest %22creators%22 of labyrinthine and extravagant universes. As it is well known, Hocke interprets literature within mannerist tradition, with its most expression being found in modern literature, constructed upon errant labyrinthine principle. It is precisely these coordinates that will direct our reading of the text by Reinaldo Arenas. We find the background that Hocke finds in the base of mannerist expression: the mythological tension between Dionisio's and Deadalus' principle which later serves to understand the labyrinthine as an essential image of being gifted by ambivalent or tragicomic character. On one hand, we focus on the labyrinthine construction of fictional entities within the frame of oppositional schemes, typical for structure of the myth: inside/outside, encounter/disencounter etc; on the other hand, we focus on transformation of stated structure in modern myth represented as hybrid world.
