Description	In this contribution it is argued that the Middle High German %22Borte%22 by Dietrich von der Glezze was written in Weidenau/Vidnava (which belongs to today's Czech Silesia) in the vicinity of Duke Heinrich IV. of Breslau. First, it is asserted that in both the %22Borte%22 and one of Heinrich IV. of Breslau's minne songs (love poems) %22minne%22 or love for a woman is the highest aimed for merit but also will cost as much as the complete self-abandonment of the loving man. Second, courtly acting under the reign of minne is examined as a leading concept of diplomatic political acting and applied to the conflict between Duke Heinrich IV. of Breslau and Bishop Thomas II. of Breslau and the situation of Weidenau as a ducal foundation in the land of the bishop. (en) Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die These vertreten, dass die mittelhochdeutsche Verserzählung %22Der Borte%22 Dietrichs von der Glezze in Weidenau/Vidnava (das zum heutigen tschechischen Schlesien gehört) im Umfeld Herzog Heinrichs IV. von Breslau verfasst wurde. In einem ersten Schritt zeigt ein Vergleich des %22Borte%22 mit einem der Minnelieder Heinrichs IV. von Breslau, dass in beiden Texten sowohl die Preiswürdigkeit der Minne als höchstem anzustrebenden Wert als auch der materielle Preis im Zentrum stehen, der für sie gleichsam bis zur Selbstaufgabe zu erbringen ist. In einem zweiten Schritt wird höfisches Handeln unter dem Vorzeichen der Minne als Leitbegriff klugen politischen Handelns auf den Konflikt zwischen Herzog Heinrichs IV. von Breslau und dem Bischof Thomas II. von Breslau sowie die Situation Weidenaus als einer herzoglichen Gründung im Bischofsland bezogen.
