Description	The paper informs about the use of binomials in 15 editorials of the daily Mährisches Tagblatt (MT, 1880). The aim of the research was to describe the binomials from the various points of views mentioned in the scientific literature. It has come out that most of the MT binomials are still used in the same form and meaning (55 out of 67 types), they are not idiomatic (48), they consists of nouns (47) and they are mostly used as adverbials (28 out of 91 tokens). Their components are usually different words (in 64 cases), mostly two synonyms (in 36 cases). In correspondence with the role of the daily MT in supporting the interests of the German-speaking inhabitants in the Habsburg Monarchy, the binomials belong to semantic fields as struggle, courage, cooperation, social control, respect etc. They are an important parts of both the semantic and the formal structure of the texts. (en) Der Aufsatz informiert über den Gebrauch der Zwillingsformeln (phraseologischen Wortpaare, ZF) in 15 Leitartikeln des Mährischen Tagblatts (MT) aus dem Jahr 1880. Das Ziel der Untersuchung war eine Beschreibung der exzerpierten ZF unter verschiedenen in der Fachliteratur erwähnten Aspekten. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die meisten ZF aus dem MT heute in derselben Form und Bedeutung belegt sind (55 von 67 Types), nichtdiomatisch sind (48), aus Substantiven bestehen (47) und am häufigsten adverbial verwendet werden (28 von 91 Tokens). Ihre Komponenten sind formal meistens unterschiedlich (bei 64 Types) und semantisch Synonyme (bei 36 ZF). Wie es der Rolle des MT in der Verteidigung von Interessen der Deutschsprachigen in der habsburgischen Monarchie entspricht, gehören die ZF den semantischen Feldern wie Kampf, Mut, Verbundenheit, gesellschaftliche Kontrolle, Ansehen u.a. an und mit ihrer Bedeutung sowie Platzierung sind sie maßgebend an der Textbildung beteiligt.
