  • Chalcones are substances with antioxidative effect in vitro in comparison with butylhydroxytoluene (BHT). In vitro testing confirmed their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus too. The aim of the study was to monitor antioxidative effect of two chalcones (trihydroxychalcone and trihydroxydihydrochalcone) in the conditions of of kidney ischemia-reperfusion in experiment in vivo.
