Description	Intensive chemoterapy significantly improve three-year progresion free surfoval and overal surfoval of intermediate-risk and high-risk patiens younger than 65 years (PFS 85% and 72%, OS 77% and 79%), compared with historical datas. Athe addition of rituximab to chemotherapy significantly decreased the probability of relaps in the whole file, and impovement three-year PFS and OS. (en) Intezifikovaná a intenzivní chemoterapie singinfikantně vyšuje 3-leté přežití do doby progrese (PFS) a všeobecné přežití (OS) středně rizikových a vysoko rizikových skupin pacientů mladších 65 let. Přidání rituximabu do chemoterapie signifikantně znižuje pravděpodobnost relapsu a zvyšuje 3-leté přežití (PFS, OS) všetkých takhle léčených pacientů. Prognosticky stratifikovaná léčba a přidání rituximabu markantně zvyšuje PFS a OS u pacientů s DLBCL léčených na Hemato-onkologické klinice v Olomouci. (cs)
