  • Cílem studie vylo monitorovat změny v hemokoagulačních parametrech u zdravých dobrovolníků po trombotripsy s 1-hodinovým transkraniálním Dopplerovským monitoringem pomocí 2-4MHz sondy. Materiál a metodika: deset zdravých dobrovolníků podstoupilo 1-hodinovou trombotripsy a. cerebri media (ACM), trombotripsy a. radialis (AR) 20-minutové stndardní ultrazvukové vyšetření (SUV) ve 2-týdenních intervalech. Před zahájením, při ukončení trombotripse či SUV a po 24 hodinách bylo hodnoceno počet krevních destiček, aPTT, alfa-2-antiplastin (AP), plasminogen, PAI-1 antigen, euglobulínová fibrinolýzaIEF, homocystein a lipoprotein. Byly sledovány všechny nežádoucí účinky. Výsledky: po trombotripsy ACM došlo k signifikantnímu snížení PAI-1 antigenu, tPA antigenu, fibrinogenu a AP aktivity o 32,23,7, resp. 4%. Po trombotripsu AR došlo ke snížení jen tPA antigenu a to o 14%. Po SUV nedošlo ke změně ve sledovaných parametrech.
