| - Hlavním cílem bylo vyhodnocení vývoje vybraných biochemických ukazatelů kostního metabolismu a kostní denzity v průběhu 24 měsíců po transplantaci ledviny. Dílčím cílem bylo posouzení účinnosti profylaktického podávání vitamínu D a preparátů kalcia v prevenci progrese osteopenie po transplantanci ledviny.40 pacientů po transplantaci ledviny dostávali po transplantaci vitamin AD a kalcium effervescens v dávce 1000mg tbl Ca efervencens a 800 IU vitaminu AD. Sérová koncentrace kreatininu byla u všech jedinců souboru v průběhu sledování nižší než 200 umol/l (skupina A se sérovou koncentrací kreatininu < 120 umol/l, skupina B se sérovou koncentrací kreatininu > 120 umol/l). V období transplantace (do 2 týdnů) a po 2 letech od transplantance ledviny byly u všech sledovaných nemocných vyšetřeny koncentrace parathormonu v séru (PTH), sérové hladiny kostní frakce alkalické fosfatázy (ALP), koncentrace fosforu (P) a vápníku (Ca) v séru a odpady P a Ca v moči/24 hod.
