Description	Hodnocení nebezpečí výstupu důl. plynů z uzavřených hlubinných uhelných dolů na povrch se v současné době provádí na základě měření koncentrací metanu a oxidu uhličitého v půdě. Tato koncentrace je však pouze jen jedním z faktorů ovlivňujících dynamiku výstupu plynů na povrch (t.j. objemový průtok plynů z jednotky plochy povrchu). Proto je nutné pro přesnější určení nebezpečného území a dimenzování příslušných preventivních opatření při projektování a realizaci staveb staveb měřit tuto dynamiku výstupu plynů na povrch přímo. Bude provedeno doplnění právních předpisů a zpracování interní metodiky k posuzování staveb v oblastech výstupů důlních plynů na povrch. Evaluation the risk resulting from mine gases emissions from closed down underground coal mines at present is made by measurements the concentrations of methane and carbon dioxide gases in soil. These concentrations represent only one of factors influencing the dynamics of gas emissions to the surface (i.e. volume flow rate of gas from one unit of surface area). This is the reason that for more accurate evaluation the area with mine gases emissions risk and for design and sizing the preventive measures in the process of planning and construction of buildings there is necessary to measure dynamics of mine gases emissions directly.There will be updated the present legal regulations and elaborated the methodology for building assessment in areas of mine gases emissions to the surface.
