  • Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) exhibit unique structural, mechanical and electrical properties. For that reason they are very promising materials with application potentials in many spheres. CNTs have been found to be very effective adsorbents for inorganic and organic pollutants, radionuclides and biological agents from gas stream and polluted water. The paper is very brief review of research about CNT structure, properties and adsorption abilities, especially in the sphere of organic compounds adsorption that were provided in recent months.
