Description
  • The objective of the paper is to develop a new approach for placement of measurement devices to make the system observable for power system state estimation. Two variants of the Eigenvector centrality method are used as a tool for importance modeling of network buses. The placement algorithms are applied to three IEEE test networks. The results are compared to those obtained using a graph theoretic approach.

  • Cílem práce je vyvinout nový přístup k umístění měřících senzorů v elektrorozvodné síti tak, aby celý systém byl pozorovatelný a aby bylo možno odhadovat stav celého systému. Dvě varianty metod založených na tzv. ?eigenvector centrality? jsou využity k modelování důležitosti síťových sběrnic. Algoritmy jsou aplikovány na třech testovacích sítích IEEE. Výsledky jsou porovnány s klasickým přístupem, který je založen na tzv. graph theoretic approach. (cs)
