  • Cílem práce je vyvinout algoritmus pro umístění PMU senzorů (phasor measurement unit) tak, aby byl celý elektrorozvodný systém pozorovatelný. Novost našeho přístupu spočívá v tom, že počet měření každého PMU může být limitován. Počet PMU senzorů potřebných k tomu, aby síť pozorovatelná, bude proto záviset na maximálním počtu měření, který může každý z PMU senzorů provést. Algoritmus je testován na třech testovacích sítích IEEE. (cs)
  • The objective of the paper is to develop an algorithm for placement of PMUs in order to make the system observable. The novelty is that a limit on the number of measurements each PMU can make is introduced. The number of PMUs needed to make the network observable will therefore depend on the maximum number of measurements each PMU can make. The algorithm is tested on three IEEE test networks.
