Description	This article deals with a problem in attitudes of Czech entrepreneurs toward the electric vehicles utilization for the firm purposes. The Fishbein Expected Value Model is the basic theoretical assumption of the analysis. It allows analysing specific car attributes and their influence on the complex attitudes towards electric vehicles in comparison with conventional cars with internal combustion engines. The aim of this contribution is to define those attributes of electric cars that are considered to be important for organization representatives, and consequently their impact on the complex attitudes towards the vehicle utilization in a firm. The entering data of the presented analysis were obtained on the basis of a study done in the Moravian-Silesian Region in 2010.
