Description	21. století přináší zásadní změny ve vývoji trhu i v řízení firem. Postatou změn je přechod od ekonomiky hmotných statků k ekonomice informační, která přináší úplně novou budoucnost. Problém je, že se těžce odhaduje jaká vlastně bude. Výsledné efekty ve firmách jsou předmětem spekulací. Některé změny jsou však již zřetelné (outsourcing, partnering, alliance) a posouvají firmy od byrokratických modelů řízení směrem k síťovým strukturám. Všechny změny se budou samozřejmě odrážet i v činnosti marketingových oddělení. Nastává období nejistoty pro marketingové praktiky i teoretiky. Příspěvek je zaměřen na tendence předpokládaných změn a možné konkurenční výhody, které z těchto změn vycházejí. (cs) 21st century has brought fundamental changes in market evolution as well as in business management. The substance is a transition from matter economy to information economy, which will cause a completely different future. Resultant effects are subjects of speculations in firms. Some changes become already visible (outsourcing, partnering, alliances) and shift the firms from bureaucratic models towards net structures. The period of uncertainty for marketing practitioners and theoreticians comes. The paper is focused on tendencies of presumptive changes and conceivable competitive advantages, which result from these changes. 21st century has brought fundamental changes in market evolution as well as in business management.
