Description	Most large companies worldwide today have some kind of shared services concept in place. Over half of the medium and large companies are currently engaged in some kind of shared services project activity. The whole concept of Shared Services is based upon the key principles of process consolidation, standardisation and re-engineering. This Article therefore mainly aims to identify what are the main danger signs & root causes of failing Shared Services operation and how it can be turned around.
