Description	Implementation of process portal in organizations in public administration forms important part of process management principles set up here. In case of installation workflow management systems in public administration it is offered for every type of public institution the opportunity centrally to define keys administrative processes and these processes consecutively install in concrete administrative workplaces in different regions. The own process design can be made on form of outsourcing. The advantage of this access to design is saving of resources in phase of design process changes and its impact analysis in institution. Moreover it is made the base to process administration operation in the same way in different regions and it ensure high qualitypublic administration performance.
