Description	In corporate social responsibility, ethics interests are encompassed although they have to be understood in material coherences. The emphasis laid on a responsibility practical nature is purposeful. If we plan to deal with businessmen' basic values then the discussion on moral principles will have not any or only a little impact on their behavior. Once the question under debate is their responsibility towards the society and the debate is conducted in the intentions of strategic and competitive advantages, their interest is growing.The approach and nature of corporate social responsibility is shaped in the areas of corporate governance.
