Description	The aim of the author's contribution is in line with the rigorous ensuring fulfillment of basic content management functions by managers at various levels of their organizational position, with emphasis on the current situation within an existing human resource management of an industrial enterprise, analyze and emphasize the essential and irreplaceable role in controlling personnel management practice . Based on the elaboration of theoretical approaches, especially practical knowledge and experience of the author, which 15 years he served as personnel director in a large manufacturing company and was part of a company (board of directors and the supervisory board), currently operating on campus in the Czech Republic, noted the flaws, weaknesses and contradictions in the established or absent, system personnel controlling the human resources management of an industrial enterprise, is declared to the system step by step towards their elimination.
