Description
| - The provision of human resources within the scope of project management is always a complicated issue, as well as a very sensitive one, especially in more complicated projects involving a wide range of professions put together from several organizational units or even from different organizations. To ensure, monitor and control the allocation of the individual workers of the necessary specializations in certain projects and simultaneously to optimize the cost is one of the most demanding challenges a manager is facing. The article shows the possibility of using innovation in planning the allocation of workers within the selected project in such a way to meet the timetable of the project, while optimizing the costs associated with its realization.
