Description	Przedstawiono wstępne badania metalurgicznej obróbki plazmowej w instalacji pilotowej Centrum Metalurgii i Inżynierii Materiałowej Ostrava Republika Czeska. Określono efekty ogrzewania plazmą oraz procesy jonizacji gazu plazmowego do przerobu odpadów metalurgicznych. Określono warunki prowadzenia eksperymentalnych procesów wytapiania materiałów wsadowych oraz parametrów prowadzonych procesów odfosforowania i odsiarczania. Przeprowadzono obliczenia jednostkowego zużycia energii - bilans energetyczny i straty ciepła urządzenia, wymurówki pieca plazmowego i dolnej elektrody grafitowej. Dokonano oceny wytopów eksperymentalnych. In the article it was presented preliminary metallurgical testing plasma treatment in a pilot plant of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering Center. The authors determined the effects of plasma heating and plasma gas ionization processes for processing of metallurgical wastes. There were specified conditions for conducting of experimental smelting processes- the charge, resulting products and parameters of the conducted processes of dephosphorization and desulfurization. The calculations of specific energy consumption - energy balance and heat loss device – were conducted. There was analyzed the consumption of the plasma furnace lining wear and lower graphite electrode. An evaluation of the experimental melts was also done. (en)
