  • Tento článek je věnován ověření funkčnosti ECAP technologie při protlačování mědi a hliníkových slitin a oceli. Deformační síly byly měřeny během protlačování, odpor při deformaci byl počítán a deformační rychlost byla přibližně určena. Analýza struktury byla provedena užitím světelného mikroskopu a FEM. Vzorky Cu a Al slitin byly protlačeny při pokojové teplotě. Pro vzorky oceli bylo užito dvoustupňové protlačování, kdy pokojová teplota vtorků byla přibližně T1=325ºC a T2= 220ºC. Podle zvýšení koncentrace deformace v objemu vzorků, vzorky byly otočeny kolem své axiální osy o 90º a znovu protlačovány. (cs)
  • This paper was aimed at verification of functionally of the ECAP technology at extrusion of the copper and aluminium alloys and steel. Deformation forces were measured during extrusion, resistence to deformation was calculated and deformation speed was approximately determined. Analysis of structure was made by using of light microscopy and FEM. The samples of Cu and Al alloys were extruded at room temperature. For the samples of steel was used the two-stage pressing, when the samples were at temperature of approx. T1=325ºC and T2= 220ºC. In order to increase the concentration of deformation in volume of the samples, the samples were turned around their longitudinal axis by 90º after and they were extruded again.
