Description
  • The possibility of including a new methods into classical technologies is one of reasons which for writing this paper. Microstructural development of alluminium alloy 6082 during equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP). Analysis of structure was made by light microscopy and SEM analysis. This procedure makes it possible to obtain after 4 passes the grain size approx. 1μm. In order to obtain an optimum micro-structure it is necessary to apply more passes with turning of the samples between individual passes by 90º about the longitudinal axis.In this process (ECAP) was one of head problems a impossibility of application other shapes material. One of eventuality solving in respect thereof is using DECAP process.

  • Možnost zahrnující nové metody v klasických technologiích je jedna z duvodů, proč psát tento článek. Vývoj mikrostruktury hliníkových slitin 6082 během pravoúhlého protlačování (ECAP). Analýza struktury byla prováděna na světelném mikroskopu a SEM analýza. Tento proces se dělá,aby byla možnost získat po 4 průchodech velikost zrna přibližně 1μm. Po obdržení optimální mikrostruktury je nezbytné přidat více průchodů s otáčením vzorků mezi individuálními průchody o 90º kolem axiální osy. V tomto procesu (ECAP) byl jeden hlavní problém v nemožnosti aplikace jiných tvarů materiálu. Jedna z eventualit řešení je respektovat užití procesu DECAP. (cs)
