  • Zjemnění zrna reprezentuje efektivní způsob jak zlepšit pevnost a tažnost ocelí bez negativního vlivu na houževnatost. Příznivý vliv zjemnění spočívá v usnadnění nuklease acikulárního feritu (AF), který je ovlivňován jemnými inkluzemi v oceli. Zvláště efektivní pro nukleaci AF jsou oxidy, sulfidy a nitridy. Uvažovaný vliv (pro rozpad austenitu na AF) byl rozvinutý ve spojitosti s oxidickou metalurgií. V současnosti není sice propracován mechanismus vzniku AF, ale je jasné, že inkluze a jejich konstituce hrají významnou roli. V práci je vysvětlen mechanismus vzniku ochuzené zóny na Mn založené na analýze podmínek, které vedou k iniciaci MnS na inkluzích typu MnOSiO2 (ocel dezoxidovaná Si/Mn). Do úvahy je také vzata přísada Mg a srovnána s vlivem Al2O3 anebo MnOSiO3. (cs)
  • The grain refinement represents an effective way how to improve strength and ductility of steels without deteriorating the achieved toughness. The beneficial effect on grain refinement consisting in facilitating the nucleation of intragranular acicular ferrite (AF) is influenced by evenly dispersed fine inclusions in steel. In particular fine inclusions (oxides, sulphides, nitrides) are especially effective in AF nucleation. The considered effect in austenite decomposition in AF has been developed in connection with the concept of oxide metallurgy. The preferential of AF nucleation is realized at intragranular sites (inclusions) in austenitic matrix. In present work, a physical metallurgy mechanisms controlling the Mn-depletion zone formation based on the analysis of conditions leading to MnS initiation on MnOSiO2 inclusions (Si/Mn steel deoxidization) is elucidated. The unfavourable effect of Al2O3 on AF nucleation is elucidated, too. The Mg-addition is also taken into consideration and compared with
