Description
  • The character of aluminium primary crystallization was investigated on a simple cylindrical sample, crystallizing in a cast-iron mould pre-heated to various temperatures. The numerical model had been developed to expand the limited experimental capabilities of the evaluation of temperature gradients and the shift rate of the phase transition interface to every point of the longitudinal section, based on the investigation of the 3D transient temperature field within the system comprising the casting, the mould and ambient.

  • Byl zkoumán charakter primární krystalizace hliníku pomocí jednoduchého válcovitého vzorku, krystalizujícího v lité železné kokile předehřáté na různé teploty. Byl odvozen numerický model k rozšíření omezených experimentálních možností hodnocení teplotních gradientů a rychlosti posunu rozhraní fázová transformace v kterémkoli bodě podélného řezu. Tento model je založen na zkoumání 3D teplotního pole systému zahrnujícího odlitek, kokilu a okolí. (cs)
