Description	This paper deals with a combined combustion of brown coal with biomass. Combustion of fossil fuels are still used for the production of electrical energy and heating in a big quantity. Eventually these fuels are used on metallurgy and mechanical industry. These processes produce the big volume concentration of gas and solid emissions especially SO2, CO2, NOx and solid particles. The big problem is in a long term the continuous elevation of CO2 fraction in atmosphere. In the near future it's evidently that solid fuels will be replaced gradually with an alternative fuels for example with the biomass. The one possibility of reduction of emissions is combustion of combined fuels - brown coal and different biomass fractions. This paper deals with a combined combustion of brown coal with biomass. Spalování fosilních paliv je pořád ve velké míře používáno k výrobě elektrické energie a tepla, občas i ve strojírenství a v metalurgii. Tyto procesy mají za následek velká množství koncentrací tuhých a plynných emisí, zejména SO2, CO2, Nox a tuhých částic. Velkým problém je dlouhodobé zvyšování podílu CO2 v atmosféře. V budoucnu lze očekávat, že budou fosilní paliva postupně nahrazována alternativními palivy, např. biomasou. Jednou z možností, jak snižovat emise, je kombinované spalování, např. hnědého uhlí a biomasy různého druhu. (cs)
