  • Nástroje pro ECAP technologii vystaveny velkému zatížení. To proto, že užíváme pro zhotovení nástrojů pro protlačení v pravoúhlém kanálu, ocel stupně X22CrMoV12-1 a její modifikace. Vstup materiálu ve formě tyče s rozměry 300 x 300 x 1700 mm byl vystavený elektrostruskovému přetavován, aby se zvýšila jeho čistota a zlepšily mechanické vlastnosti. Takto chovající se ocel byla použita pro výrobu formy a protlačovací matrice. (cs)

Input material in the form of bar with diemensions 300 x 300 x 1700 mm was subjected top electroslag remelting in order to increase its purity and to improve its mechanical properties. Steel treated in this manner was used for manufacturing of matrices and extruding dies
