Description	Shape memory phenomena were observed for the first time at the beginning of the sixties in Ni-Ti based alloys. For successful use in practice it is very important to know transformation characteristics of these alloys. Carbide and oxide from Ti formation lead to changes in concentration of elements and to changes of transformation temperatures. It is possible to measure transformation temperatures by deformation methods, by DSC method (differential scanning calorimetry) or DTA method (differential thermal analysis), by resistometric methods. This article deals with method of continuous change of resistivity as function of temperature of Ni-Ti alloys, and with influence of deformation and subsequent heat treatment at these temperatures. (en) Tvarově paměťový jev byl poprvé pozorován ve slitinách na bázi Ni-Ti počátkem 60-tých let. Pro úspěšné použití v praxi je nutno znát transformační charakteristiky slitin. Vznik karbidů a oxidů Ti vede ke změně koncentrace jednotlivých prvků a transformačních teplot. Transformační teploty je možno měřit metodami deformačními, DSC, DTA nebo rezistometrickou metodou. Článek je zaměřen na měření transformačních teplot rezistometrickou metodou a na vliv deformace a následného tepelného zpracování na transformační teploty.
