| Description
| - Implementing of major restructuring measures and closure of industries is currently under way in many regions. Job losses, effective purchase power decreases, discontinued activities of schools, commerce enterprises, hospitals, etc. are inevitable concomitant occurrences. Nevertheless the number of people living in the region continues to be the same. Analysing this situation, it is possible to understand the region as a system of financial flows. Such system provides for hypothesizing of possibilities that might increase regional job saturation, and effect population revenue balancing concerning the average of the whole Republic. The system of financial flows reflects number of households, related family sizes, and their expenditures. This enables quantification of total financial means needed in the region. If standing regional productive and other activities cannot cover these needs, incremental and additional measures are indispensable that would provide for financial flow increases. The authors o

- V řadě regionů dochází k významné restrukturalizaci výroby a uzavírání výrobních kapacit. S tím bezprostředně souvisí propouštění zaměstnanců, snižování koupěschopnosti, rušení škol, obchodů, nemocnic, atd. Počet obyvatel takových problémových regionů však zůstává stejný. Pro analýzu této situace je možné pohlížet na region jako na systém finančních toků a na takto postaveném systému hledat možnosti zvýšení zaměstnanosti obyvatel a vyrovnání příjmů na celorepublikový průměr. Systém finančních toků je vytvářen podle počtu domácností, jejich členů a vydání domácností. Takto lze odvodit celkové finanční prostředky potřebné v regionu. Pokud výrobní a jiné aktivity v regionu tolik finančních prostředků nevytvářejí, je zapotřebí hledat jiné, které do regionu chybějící finance přinesou. V příspěvku autoři informují o postupu, který vede k vytvoření takového modelu včetně vazeb potřebných k modelování vlastností ekonomického systému regionu. (cs)
