Description	Článek se zabývá výčtem a charakteristikou nejdůležitějších skupin geologických informací, jejichž zpracování je nezbytné pro úspěšné řízení průzkumu a hlubinné těžby ložisek nerostných surovin. Kromě popisu současného stavu zpracovávání těchto informacíje autory rovněž diskutován optimální způsob dalšího vývoje automatizovaných informačních systémů v této oblasti a jejich optimálního programového vybavení. Pozornost je věnována i otázkám zpracovávání jakostních charakteristik těžené suroviny, které se v poslední době stávají důležitým faktorem ovlivňující ceny suroviny u koncových zákazníků. The article deals with the enumeration and characteristics of the most significant groups of geological information, the processing of which is necessary for the successful control of exploration and underground mining of the deposits of mineral raw materials. In addition to the description of the present state of processing this information, the authors are also concerned with the optimum way of next developing the automated information systems in this area and their optimum software. Moreover, attention is paid to the questions of processing the quality characteristics of the raw material mined that recently have become an important factor affecting the end-user price of the raw material.
