Description
  • The DTS systems (Distribution Temperature System) are not an innovation in section of technologies with development optoelectronic components. However, those are even used in recent years. It is development of optical fiber as sensor, whereas this system is based on OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometry) method with the improvement of Raman scattering. Using DTS systems in renewable energy sources area enables temperature measurement of borehole for thermal pump with regard to temperature profile, effective hole depth, hole usage and distance between boreholes avoid interact between them. The boreholes were measured in VŠB-TU OSTRAVA area, so-called Great research polygon.
