  • This paper deals with some evaluation and monitoring of effectiveness of heat pumps located at the Small Research Polygon (SRP) district, whereas very important parameter of these HPs is so-called coefficient of performance (COP), which is solved from various viewpoints here. The first part is focused on the COP parameter solved from the direct energy input, which is resolved to so-called exergy in the second part. Some recalculation mechanism is also done. All these methods are helpful for evaluation, but each of them has its specific application. The third part of this paper is centered on some description of a SRP technology and monitoring of the parameters needed to calculate a COP parameter value of the SRP heat pumps.
