| - The contribution puts mind to database information system?s complete cycle of development. Its goal is to substitute the current system (combination with classic hand written word to patient?s chart). The contribution is divided into three parts. In the first one attention is given to the basic principles of sonographical investigations, watched attributes and also sense of this investigative technique. The second part describes analysis and design of information system and the last part details web application?s realization. ? The principle of sonography is based on different reflectivity of different tissues in human body. Sonographic scanner consists of 2 main parts. Piezoelectric crystal which effuses ultrasound waves. These waves are reflected back to the crystal and converted to electrical signal. ? Before information system is designed it?s important to review user experiences with former system. - Příspěvek se zabývá kompletním cyklem vývoje databázového informačního systému, tedy od zadání, přes návrh, až po implementaci, testování a uvedení vytvořeného systému do provozu. Tento informační systém má za úkol zastat nynější nedostatečnou verzi aplikace, stále ještě kombinovanou s klasickým, ručně psaným slovem na kartu pacienta. Příspěvek je rozdělen do třech částí, v první je věnována pozornost principu sonografických vyšetření, sledovaným atributům a v neposlední řadě také smyslu této metody vyšetření. V druhé části je věnována pozornost návrhu samotného informačního systému a v poslední části je popsána realizace webové aplikace. (cs)
