Description
(cs)
  • The paper is solving a problem of designing and optimizing a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model using the genetic algorithm optimization method. There is a concrete fuzzy model used in the paper whereon the designing and optimization are performed. The concrete objects of designing the Takagi-Sugeno model are parameters of triangular membership functions in antecedents and constants of regression functions in consequents of the predefined number of rules in the rule base. As a designing and optimization tool has been used a standard binary genetic algorithm with the simple crossover, the simple binary mutation and the normal geometric selection method. The whole problem has been implemented and solved in the mathematical program MATLAB on a PC platform using the genetic algorithm optimalization toolbox and fuzzy modeling toolbox. There is also a resulting example of the designing and optimalization procedure shown in the paper with very good results.
