Description	The aim of this paper is the time coordination of regular bus transport service connecting the city of Ostrava with the Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov. The subject of the proposal will be based on a mathematical model that would enable to build up a timetable. The introduction of the paper is dedicated to the importance of the problem, possible use of different types of optimization methods and analysis of available sources of input data. The main part of the paper is focused on the design of an original model for the design of timetable, which allows the direct application of the results of work in practice. Computational experiments are performed in optimization software Xpress – IVE in conditions of upcoming summer season 2013. In the conclusion, the attention is given to evaluation of achieved results.
