  • Mathematical simulation was provided for material AlCu1Mn. Non-ferrous materials and their alloys have very good recyclables and these replaces steel more and more. Importance of these alloys grows especially in car, military and space industry. The development of ultra fine structure materials or nanostructure materials belongs to prime areas of materials and forming technology research in the present world. We discuss especially about ECAP (Equal-Channel Angular Pressing), DCAP (Dissimilar Channel Angular Pressing), CONFORM (Continuous Dissimilar Channel Angular Pressing) technologies for non-ferrous materials and their alloys. Obtaining of ultra fine structure in initial material leads to serious increasing of plasticity and enable to form materials in superplastic state.
