Description	Article deals with numerical modeling of air flow in area of subway station Museum C-A with consideration of ventilation and eventually diffusion of warfare compound substituent. Influence of boundary conditions defining by ventilation was tested on the process of air flow. Comparing of physical and numerical experiment of warfare compound substituent diffusion was considered which it was loosen on the platform of subway station Museum C. Results are evaluated by velocity vectors and concentrations of warfare compound. Agreement both experiments are showed by concentration dependence on the time in the middle of platform. Program Fluent 6.3.26 was used for solution the defining mathematical model. (en) Příspěvek se zabývá numerickým modelováním proudění vzduchu v prostorách stanice metra Muzeum C-A s uvažováním ventilace a případně s uvolněním substituentu otravné látky. V první fázi byl testován vliv okrajových podmínek definovaných ventilací na průběh proudění vzduchu. Druhá fáze se zabývala porovnáním fyzikálního a numerického experimentu šíření substituentu otravné látky, uvolněné na nástupišti stanice metra Muzeum C. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny formou vektorů rychlosti a izoploch koncentrací uvolněné látky. Shoda obou experimentů je dokladována v porovnání průběhu koncentrace v závislosti na čase ve středu nástupiště. K řešení definovaného matematického modelu byl použit programový systém Fluent 6.3.26.
